Our modularised induction training is thorough and practical and is delivered within an engaging classroom environment, or via Skype for those overseas franchisees, by our dedicated coach and trainer. The course provides you with the fundamentals of best practice in executive search and the follow-up mentoring offers real-world business planning skills and advice; on-going support, business growth coaching, refresher courses, Masterclasses and skills enhancement for you and your team, including accompanied client visits to ensure you win the business.
